PANACOM architectural bureau

Our bureau was founded in 2000 by Arseny Leonovich and Nikita Tokarev.
Main areas of work are urban design and urban planning, design of residential and public buildings, interiors, exhibition projects and product design. We also carry all stages of the project (design, engineering systems, landscaping), supervision of construction.
Employees of PANACOM besides education in Russia had been training abroad in Delft Institute of Technology, Institute for Housing and Urban Development, in London University of Arts.
Among the projects and buildings there are dozens of private houses in Moscow, Moscow region, other Russian reginos, England, Germany. Product desing was made for Valli & Valli, Grohe, Fratelli Boffi, Atelier Sedap, Martini, STONEITALIA, Nayada, Lighting Technologies, Arch-Skin, Bonitacasa, Zebrano.PRO, Ecomebel and others.
PANACOM bureau is a laureate and winner of many of Russian and international architectural contests, a numerous nominee for «Golden Ratio» award, winner of several exhibitional and object design awards.

Holiday Hotel is situated in the valley of a mountain river under mountainside Achishkho, which is over-grown by trees and stretches along the river. This situation dictated by volume solution of the building, which represents several connected volumes, which in fact resembling homes that have a common courtyard and pool area. Holiday Hotel is quite small. It has only 7 guest bedrooms. All of them are located on the second floor of the two double storey units, each with its own kitchen and dining area. Between houses on the ground floor located «spa area», canteens, offices and garage. At the foot of the mountain there is a private area: each house has a terrace on the 2nd floor. To the river, to which overlook almost all of the windows, opens landscaped area with artificial pond and walkways.
